XC Medico, with a background in human orthopedics, was aware of the lack of implants and instruments specifically for veterinarians. In combination with the needs of international and domestic veterinarians, XC Medico is developing a series of small animal orthopedic implants and instruments.

Vet Spinal System
Just as the spinal fixation system for human, our vet spinal system has has complete specifications, diameter from 2.0mm to 4.0mm, length from 10mm to 30mm, can meet the surgical needs of small animals.

Vet Trauma System
The TTA Cage serves the role of bone spacer that is placed between the two dissected section of the tibia. It has two slots for two bone screws which are tightly inserted into bone going through the slots. This holds the dissected bone together increasing the angle on the relationship between the femur and the tibia.
Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy commonly known as TPLO surgery is a widely used surgical procedure to repair the cruciate ligament in the canine. This procedure requires various surgical instruments including screws, saw blades, and specifically designed TPLO plates. Our XC Medico® TPLO plates have angled threaded holes that fit the screws so the plate can be fixed properly in the knee joint. This plate acts as a support for the dogs and prevents them from limping.
XC Medico® Trauma Plate System includes locking plates and non-locking plates to meet the different surgical needs. The length of XC Medico® Trauma Plate is relatively long, usually from 22 holes to 30 holes because all the plates are cuttable and long plates are more convenient to operate.
